Return Policy

Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Innov8 Supply can be returned within 15 days of delivery, unless noted items are a special order or outlined in our Return Policy Exceptions. For a new return, please contact customer service at 407-476-1802 or email in**@**********ly.com. Products that are not considered defective or damaged must be returned in original packaging and must be returned in good, re-saleable condition or credit may not be granted. Buyer shall examine delivery upon receipt. Damaged items or order shortages must be reported to Innov8 Supply within 2 business days of delivery. Inspect all packages and products for completeness and condition upon proof of delivery.

Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded in the form of original payment as determined by Innov8 supply. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.

Returns cannot exceed $500.00. A 30% restocking fee might be applicable to some returns unless items are found to be damaged or defective, or in cases where a shipping error occurred. Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error by Innov8. Exceptions may apply. Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
